The kit resolved our ongoing issue with DNA extraction from DBS samples, achieving high yields and constant high purity, allowing standardized amplification for MLPA, fragment analysis and sequencing. Standard whole blood sample extraction results were also of high quality, as well as a test on an ocular melanoma sample that showed the same high purity. The kit performs great for hard to extract DNA samples and outperforms others for standard blood samples.

Great kit and user-friendly protocol. We used cell-derived exosomes as the input and successfully recovered an adequate yield of high-quality RNA. The extracted material performed beautifully in small RNA sequencing. It makes a challenging isolation process much easier.

The protocol was easy and fast to go through.
The yield and purity was good to go with cDNA synthesis and the qpcr results was good too which means it overcome the inhibitors of the ffpe samples during the extraction.
